I just saw your video about the mind set of losing weight. I see you have gone into the realm of talking about the NOW and such. Just wondering if you have read Conversations with God books or anything by Eckart Tolle? I was very impressed by your views and I agree with them. Just wondering how you came about them.
My father is Joe Marshalla (joemarshalla.com), a spiritual teacher who works with all the biggest names in the business :P So I basically grew up with Tolle as my father. True story :) Thank you!

I do not have your will power to lose naturally though and am considering lap band surgery next month..any thoughts?
